Art is the result of externalising internal experiences - good or bad. The Mancunian State Exhibition captures each of my internal experiences in Manchester - influenced by multifarious external factors - and artistically expresses them in a way that the ensuing art sparks curiosity with audience, regardless of my own strengths or vulnerabilities whilst creating them.

It is true that art may evoke positive or negative emotions, yet 'The Mancunian State' elicits positive reactions and creates a conversation that entrenches positive attitudes and

correct social ills (where possible). This among others is what this exhibition seeks to address within Greater Manchester as an example to the rest of United Kingdom.
